Our land loan offers fixed rates based on credit score tiers: 760+ at 8.00%, 759–700 at 8.50%, 699–670 at 9.50%, and 669–650 at 10.00%, with a maximum term of 180 months. Financing is available up to 75% of the property’s value for Tiers 1 and 2, 70% for Tier 3, and 65% for Tier 4, requiring down payments of 25%, 30%, or 35% respectively. LTV and down payment are dependent on credit score. For example, a $100,000 purchase with Tier 1 terms would require $25,000 down and result in a $75,000 loan with an estimated monthly payment of about $717.
